What does your average day look like?
I'm more of a morning person, I get up early. I want to fulfill my study obligations as soon as possible, but my thoughts are constantly on what I'm going to do in the afternoon. Every day must necessarily include at least one training session, if not two. I like to combine training with friends, but there are also days when I prefer to be alone, and then I find training to be the most effective, because my colleagues can't keep up with me anymore. If there are no study or other obligations on the schedule, I immediately look towards higher mountains, so on average twice a week I attack peaks above 2000m. Otherwise, in my free time I attend a mountaineering school and am a volunteer operational firefighter, so time passes quickly, and I usually run out of time for lazing around.

How do you organize your day?
As mentioned, in the morning and early afternoon, it's time for studying. Either I have to go to Ljubljana for laboratory exercises, lectures, or I study at home. I much prefer to train in the afternoon, towards the evening, but not too late. Every week I have a certain goal of kilometers and altitude meters, which I more or less always meet or exceed. I go to bed quite early, so that I'm in bed by 9 pm, which is not always the case. Before I fall asleep, I always like to read the news, check if there's anything new on YouTube, read the news or pick up a magazine/book. I fall asleep around 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Where does the motivation/energy for your lifestyle come from?⁣
I love to eat, so I also exercise a lot so I can eat even more. Partly for fun, partly for real. If I go to bed tired in the evening, I feel very good, but if I haven't had time for a good workout, I'm kind of restless and don't sleep well. I really only rarely have to force myself to put on running shoes, quite the opposite, it's harder for me to force myself to rest.

What sports do you do daily or weekly?
My weekly goal is to run 60 km and climb 3000 meters. During the week, when I unfortunately don't have time to drive to the mountains, I take advantage of the hills behind my house and in the surrounding area. These are Krim, Sv. Ahac, Molnik, depending on how much elevation I want to do that day. I don't like running on the flat, although once a week I also do a flat 15k, 20k. In addition, I climb once or twice a week, and if there is still some time left, I always like to do strength training with my own weight, sometimes with weights. Once or twice a week I jump on a 2000m peak, in summer or winter.

Favorite spot you like to go to?
Krim is an escape from everyday life for me during the week, but otherwise, anywhere in the mountains, Grintovec is my favorite because it's fairly close, it's the highest and longest peak, so it really gets you a good workout.

What does good clothing mean to you?⁣
Good clothing dries quickly, breathes, has a functional pocket, a hood, and most importantly, doesn't stink after two uses.

What changes once you put on sportswear - does your motivation for something more increase? ⁣
I like to dress well even when I'm doing sports, and I could say that good sportswear gives me extra motivation. Before every major undertaking, I like to buy something new, which gives me extra satisfaction. But I'm not burdened by what I wear, even if it's a little older, I'm happy to wear a worn piece because I get attached to my clothes, because they remind me of everything I've been through. I also have a hard time throwing away a torn T-shirt, precisely because of this.

What does your sports dressing system look like? ⁣
I'm always underdressed, I'm one of the first to swap long leggings for shorts, long sleeves for shorts... But I dress somewhat like your online store looks, which is why I got in touch with you. I like compression clothing, a good windbreaker as a backup, and I'm also prepared for a whole day of chasing in the hills. Well, I carry a spare down jacket with me in the higher mountains even in the summer, and in the winter I'm in full combat gear in the highlands.

Where do you see the advantages of SportHG clothing?⁣
I find them functional and basically everything you need for mountain running in one place. And they look good too.

Your future plans/plans?⁣
In addition to finishing my studies and getting a job at a company where I receive a personnel scholarship, my plans in sports are such that in the future I want to increase the distances at which I can not only perform, but also compete. I would like to gain as much fitness and endurance as possible, both physical and mental, for as long as possible distances. I like the fact that I can visit as many peaks as possible in one day and enjoy it and not suffer. My role models in this are Luka Kovačič, Kilian Jornet and similar calibers.
