What is SportHG?
SportHG® is a Spanish company that has been producing high-quality technical sportswear from seamless materials for over 20 years.

Long t-shirts
A long, compression shirt is a strong asset of SportHG clothing. The average recreational athlete buys one shirt every 5 years. He uses it for hiking, running, and skiing. » In winter, I only need one good long T-shirt and that's what I got when I discovered the SportHG brand. I use it practically every day, I wash it every day and it's still high quality, functional, absorbs sweat and unpleasant odors well. I use it for all-day winter climbs when it's too cold to change, so it's really important to just put on extra clothes at the top of the climb. Difference between Barrow and C-Xtrem:

Short t-shirts

" It's hard to find good leggings, especially compression ones. That's why I'm really impressed with SportHG leggings. They have good compression and give a great shape to the legs and buttocks, which is not negligible either. They are great for transitional periods, especially spring and autumn, but also for winter. But because they breathe well, I also wear them in warmer and more unstable weather, especially when I expect rain and nighttime running. I find it interesting that they are very durable; which is not so common with leggings. They breathe very well. There is also a small pocket on both sides of the hips, where I can quickly put something; I also use it for a rechargeable battery when I charge my watch - while running. I have tried many sleeves from different brands, but the elastic has loosened over time and they no longer squeeze the upper part of my arms. SportHG sleeves are made entirely of elastic fabric, so they hug my arm nicely and dry quickly. I put them on and off several times during my run, quickly putting them in the front of my running backpack or in my pocket or on my belt.
The biggest advantage of the SportHG sleeves is their versatility. The sleeves are a very practical part of the SportHG clothing. I wear them practically all the time. They are very important to me when running and in the hills. The sleeves allow me to instantly change short sleeves to long sleeves or vice versa without stopping and putting them on. This is essential for long runs, at altitude or at night. I can also put the sleeves over the running pole system, which I always have on hand and allows me to quickly change poles. "

I don't even take them off during long runs and hikes, so they have to be very durable. » I always take a SportHG short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirt for a run . And this brand really suits me, especially because it absorbs sweat well and dries quickly . This is especially important for me on long runs or all-day activities. Considering that I wear them almost every day , weekend after weekend, they are incredible, because the quality is still the same .
I've been using SportHG shirts for quite some time now, especially for hiking, because my back is always wet under my backpack; but because the fabric absorbs sweat well and dries quickly , I practically never change them and they're the only clothes I can wear all day.
The best for me is a running headband, which I use all year round. I mainly use a wide headband (buff) instead of a hat.
HG shirts are the best because of their special women's cut, as they don't flutter while I run, but they are really comfortable and fit well.
I prefer to wear SportHG compression pants of all lengths (leg, three-quarter or long), and they are also the only compression pants that do not squeeze too much, but offer just the right amount of muscle compression . I use them for short and long runs, exercise and even just for hiking. In addition, they shape the body well :)
For longer runs, I always use long compression pants or compression socks, as muscle support is very important to me after 50 km, when my legs are already tired, and I find that they improve my well-being and thus my results.
The first gloves I got were from the SportHG brand. I was immediately impressed with them, because they are really great because they are elastic and comfortable at the same time. I always have them with me in my running and hiking backpack. I use them all the time! They protect my hands from the cold on all-day runs in the morning and evening; and the bora wind on exposed peaks. Because they fold up, they are truly indispensable for all outdoor activities."
How do SportHG clothes work?
Most of the main fabric of SportHG clothing is made with Climatherm technology, in the case of micro perforation, the mass of the fabric is reduced and the number of fillers is increased, creating the effect of lightness and breathability.
Micro Perforated fabric is best suited for outdoor sports activities in the summer months, such as trail running, climbing, cycling, etc.
Runners have tested Climatherm garments in races in the Sahara Desert at +40°C as well as in the Arctic Circle at -25°C, where they performed excellently in both heat and cold. They kept the athlete's body dry, clean and at the most optimal body temperature.
The ability to regulate temperature independently of external conditions and the athlete's activity is ideal for long-term endurance sports in nature, such as running, hiking, and cycling.
Compared to other clothing, the microperforated clothing line is slightly less durable at the expense of lightness and breathability and is sensitive to wearing heavy backpacks.
SportHG® allows for fully microperforated garments or only partial use of this technology in certain areas of the garment. Such a combination is used in the Team SportHG® trail running jersey line, which contains stronger fibers in areas subject to high friction (wearing a backpack).

It is a modified polyester in which each fiber consists of several hollow microfillers, which creates a layer of air and thus helps the body's thermoregulation. These technical characteristics are the reason why the material is highly absorbent, and with a special processing treatment it achieves an excellent antibacterial effect, protection against bad odors and protection against UV rays.
It is a special technology that gives the fabric exceptional breathability and lightness, suitable for sports activities in warmer weather. The breathability and lightness provided by the fabric ensures rapid sweat wicking, thus keeping the athlete dry at all times.
On colder days, the comfort of the clothing works great as an inner first layer due to the thermal regulation provided by the fabric.
